How much does a solar installation actually cost?
It depends entirely on your load (what you're powering) and your building type: there's no single price that fits everyone. Use the Size Your Solar PV System tab to build your appliance list and get an instant, itemized quotation based on real current market prices, or choose one of our predetermined packages for a quick estimate by house size.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes: at checkout you can choose to pay a deposit now (80% of the total by default) and the remaining balance once your installation is complete, instead of paying the full amount upfront. The exact deposit percentage is always shown clearly before you commit to anything.
Is transportation and logistics included in the price?
Normally, transportation and logistics for installation are the client's responsibility. Check the banner at the top of the page: we sometimes run limited-time campaigns covering this cost for free, and if one is active, it'll be clearly shown there.
What warranty do you offer?
All our installations come with warranty coverage on panels, inverter, battery, and workmanship. Exact warranty terms are shown on the "Why Trust Us" section of this tab.
How do I know your components are genuine, not counterfeit?
Every quotation names the exact brand you're getting: CWORTH, ITEL, JINKO, or Canadian Solar: never an unbranded or unverifiable component. Our installers are also certified under Nigeria's Council for the Regulation of Engineering (COREN), which you can verify independently.
What happens if my system develops a fault after installation?
Head to the System Care tab: you can book a scheduled maintenance visit or report a fault for a call-out. Describing the issue there also gets you an instant AI-generated first-response assessment while you wait for a technician.
How is my solar system actually sized?
We size your battery first based on your daily energy use and how many hours of backup you need, then size your solar panels to fully recharge that battery within your region's average daily sunlight, then size the inverter to safely handle your peak power draw. It's engineering-based sizing, not a guess.

File it directly from your Account dashboard under "My Complaints": you'll be able to track its status and see our response once it's resolved, right there on your dashboard.
